the planning and system so as to provide products and services meeting the customer quality requirement.
To achieve the policy objective, total employee involvment is required,and everybody shall understand the
importance and contribution to the quality objective achievement;the responsible units shall timely handle
quality problems and customer complaint, and take corrective/prventive actions for continual improvement
so as to achieve the final Zero-error objective.
